Post 8: English course
The truth is that since I was little, English classes have cost me a lot, so I am always very nervous in the evaluations.
At university I started with English II (although I still don't understand why). I had this level in the second semester of 2019, but the social revolt happened in Chile, so I had to take this course at the end of 2020 in two intensive weeks and I think thaf being that way I internalized the language much more because it was every day in constant application of English.
I had level III the first semester of this year online as well as this last level.
In 2019 I managed to have approximately three classes in person before the arrival of the revolt and the rest has been online and I think that for this type of subject the online or face to face modality does not greatly affect learning. The u courses tool is of great help to keep the material orderly and available.
Outside of English classes, I mainly use this language when I interpret song with mi voice. For a better performance I first try to understand what the song's text says and then I work on the pronunciation.
Also some time ago I started using an application on my cell phone called duolingo and it has helped me a lot to exercise my English.
My great shortcoming in English is being able to speak fluently, use connectors and the truth is that I have not found more tools that are useful to me for this other more the application.
hi Trigal, how are you? I felt nervous in school too, even in university. It's hard to me speak in front of people....
ResponderEliminarTrigal The same thing happened to me, I also had to do intensive English 2 at the end of 2020!! I think singing is a good way to practice, get on with that.
